Happy we could overcome the issue with the projectors/3D style by discovering 'webcam/image processing' instead.

Both of us prefer the idea of gesture control/motion in order to control body movement and have players move slowly.

Need to talk these things through with Adam - organise a discussion/chat with him this week.

Respond to emails from Andy and Chris - say we are overcoming issues with projectors, space, hardware issues etc.

Happy with decided logo - can begin properly marketing our game on Instagram and Twitter.

Happy with the outcome of environment concepts - can keep working towards this. Love the theme of our game too.

Kiera to continue with VR prototype.

Soon should experiment with these visuals in a space/projected onto walls.

Spend this week discussing problems, finding solutions and continue with personal tasks.

Need to organise a talk with Adam one day this week and discuss our idea with music as well as chosen art style.

Create mockups for testing, test with a projector and in a space. (Can use environment concepts)

Need to begin testing with users soon - test the effectiveness of our design choices. (Fitbit/Heart rate monitors etc)

EVALUATION & REFLECTION​
WHAT WENT WELL?
As we have made many changes over the last few weeks, we agreed to organise a discussion again with our course leader this week to talk over our changes and issues we faced. This will help us feel reassured that the changes we are making are suitable and still valid. We have a basic plan for this week, and plan to focus on our own personal tasks for the week ahead, as well as keeping our alumni up-to-date.

WHAT DIDN'T GO WELL?
We are worried with time management as we have spent most of our time so far running into issues. Some of which have to be solved before we move onto anything else. We are hoping that the discussion we have with Adam makes us feel more reassured about things and more comfortable with our current position. In addition to this, we were scheduled to begin filming the documentary last week which we didn't get around to doing. We both feel it will be best to push this back a few weeks, and to begin filming when we have enough content to create a good quality set-up, and film us in the midst of development. I aim to spend next week planning the documentary, so we know exactly what content to film first.

NEXT STEPS/CHANGES WE HAVE TO MAKE THIS WEEK:
This week we have to chat with Adam and organise our schedule accordingly. As we have made changes to the scope, the box structure and interactions, we must focus on finalising these things before moving on with anything else, such as asset production. We have also planned to email both Andy and Chris this week to talk them through our plans and what we have to do before we reach out again - must keep them in the loop. I must also contact Harry our Sound Designer, to ensure he is still up for the job and get this moving. To finish the week off, I must begin to plan the Documentary to make sure we are ready to film around Phase 3.
