INTRODUCTION
We have reached Phase 3 of the project! We have a series of game versions and a final game to begin refining, bug fixing and flourishing ready for hand-in and Arcade Events. We have almost reached the end of development, where we will now begin to create promotional material, continue marketing and begin making connections to the industry. These next few weeks will be spent making final decisions in preparation for the deadline, to ensure we have a working final deliverable by this time.

WHERE DO WE BEGIN?
Final flourishes and refinements to development
During these next 2 weeks, we should have a final version of our game complete. This should involve the last bug fixes, refinements and changes if need be. We will make sure everything functions as expected and evaluate this in line with our initial project goals, essential experience and intended player experience.

Equipment and space setup
Once we have finalised development, we should get our setup set in stone and make sure to source all the equipment we need to successfully showcase our game. The final setup will achieve our intended player experience, although, we can make changes to setup if necessary, considering the amount of time we have left. This should involve expanding our game to more than one wall.

Promotional material/marketing
During this time, we should also be creating promotional material for the game. This will include business cards for our studio, stickers for our game, merchandise such as t-shirts, posters and anything else we feel is necessary for the Arcade Event. Throughout, I will continue to post on both our Instagram and Twitter pages too.
