NOTES:

-
Talked him through the event - what went well.
-
Question: Does our game need wifi? We realised our game only worked when connected to internet. Answer is yes - Needs WIFI to run, can use hotspot on the day of event.
-
Use external webcam rather than laptop webcam - can borrow James' at any time.
-
Put online as web-page, load specific page.
-
Could have slots in the wall for webcam to sit, maybe use iPods.
-
How can we get multiple screens working? Run 4 different screens - hide bird, then reappear.
-
Create 4 versions and play live.
-
Run Chrome full-screen, will run full-screen. (Line 28 code) Hide all tabs too. (Dimensions we should work with). A4 size paper perfect to work with.
-
Change resolution of the screen - System-preferences - display (scaled).
-
Set-up different objects to function like UI - same interaction with the bird, rather than complicating things. Can just hover over.
-
Possible to add layers - depth.
-
New version with snowflakes and layers of music next.
CONCLUSION

EVALUATION & REFLECTION
WHAT WENT WELL?
We covered what needs to be done and I have taken note step by step the things we need to cover. We are on the right track and hope to have most aspects complete by the end of the Easter holidays, allowing us to focus on the promotional material and marketing parts of our game for the remainder of the project. We also touched upon the possibility of expanding to more than one wall which is possible, but we need individual setups. This'll require getting our hands on 3/4 individual webcams and 3/4 projectors. Knowing this, we can get our hands on the equipment as soon as possible and begin to make 3 different versions of the game. (Essentially, 3 programs/servers with the same programming)

WHAT DIDN'T GO WELL?
We didn't touch on anything specific in terms of problems or issues that may have arised! Our only concern is getting all the equipment in time for the Arcade Event, but we know this is possible and we'll make this happen.

CHANGES WE HAVE TO MAKE THIS WEEK:
This week we will continue working on asset creation and I will be taking responsibility for testing the quality of our assets and ensuring they work in the space. I also plan to get a hold of the equipment we need, and plan to source this from different websites today.

NEXT STEPS FOR THIS WEEK:
As it's Easter Holidays our schedule is quite flexible, however, according to the schedule we should be working on asset creation until the 13th April.
